As we recorded and released season 1 (ending April 2025), we realised, that we're each of us, the product of our journey, story and vision. That's what connects us to our 'why'.
As we launch Season 2, we're going to dive deeper into the amazing stories of our guests, to find out exactly what makes them tick - from working with Hollywood producers, to go-Karting with Lewis Hamilton, and from prison to running a £10m business, we've seen it all on our show!

Paul:If you can do well in retail, you can apply that skill set to pretty much any job. the vast majority of people fall along the wayside because they want to get out because they're annoyed with their current circumstances and they know they've got more to give but they just can't see themselves doing anything else.
Nikki:Some of the things that we need to start going back to is what is it that makes you who you are? it doesn't matter what the picture is, what is it that drives you as an individual?
Paul:I think the recruitment business in this country and many other countries is broken.
We'll explore how retail skills can make leaders on stoppable. The bold challenges needed in career education and why purpose driven businesses win every time.
