you begin to trust yourself and build your own competences and then you learn within your marketing strategy to know what your vision, value and purpose is. If you do not know your, what your vision is, the value behind why you're doing it and the purpose for what you're doing it for, you cannot steer anyone else. And your marketing becomes false, I think. Children are our future, you have to look after them, but under the Equality Act and all of the other legislation that we have, that's just one of. Hundreds. We have to think of everyone else and give everyone the same opportunities
